  1. I don't know if mine is insomnia. I have a strange sleep pattern. Sleep really early, sometimes by 8pm and wake by 12/1AM.Hardly sleep more than 4hrs

    1. 4 hours of sleep is unhealthy o, especially as you grow older. I would research on causes of shortened length of sleep and make a detailed post later today.
